Premier DMS

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026.

Premier DMS may collect information you voluntarily provide through this website, including your name, company, business email, phone number, industry, business size, current systems and information you submit when requesting a demonstration.

This information is used to respond to your request, understand your business requirements, improve the website and protect the public demo form from misuse. Demo-request information may be stored on the website hosting environment and may be delivered to authorized Premier DMS sales contacts for follow-up.

For abuse prevention, the demo form may temporarily process a secret-keyed one-way representation of the connecting IP address for rate limiting. The raw IP address and browser user-agent are not stored in the demo lead record by the website handler.

Do not submit confidential customer, payroll, payment-card, password or other sensitive operational data through the public demo form.

Premier DMS may update this policy as website functionality, service providers or applicable requirements change. Questions about information submitted through this website can be directed through the Contact page.
